Wylfa has been generating electricity since 1971 and is currently operated by Magnox North Ltd.
First stop is the multi-media Powerhouse theatre.
Visitors receive a warm 'virtual' welcome from TV's Peter Davison, who explains all about nuclear energy, from splitting the atom and the design of nuclear reactor to the facts about decommissioning and waste disposal.
Learn, through hands-on display and interactive exhibits, about the radio-active world in which we live, how a nuclear power station operates and its true impact on the environment.
Find out about safety, step inside a giant fuel tank to watch a spectacular safety test film showing a train crashing into a real flask at more than 100mph.
A Nature Trail around the site (no dogs allowed) winds through beautiful woodlands to a point overlooking the dramatic Anglesey coastline.
The cafe in the Visitors Centre provides a range of snacks and refreshments.
