BY CAR

The motorway network and the A55 road along the North Wales coast offers dual carriageway access right onto the island. If you are travelling from the South, you may prefer the A5 that takes you through the mountains of North Wales. Cross the Britannia Bridge on the A5 and take the second exit for the A5025, (signposted to BENLLECH and AMLWCH). Follow the A5025 through Benllech and Amlwch, Cemaes Bay is 5 miles past Amlwch on the A5025.

BY SEA

Holyhead is the gateway from Ireland and offers fast services from Dublin in just 99 minutes, or more leisurely crossings in superbly equipped modern ferries (both catamaran and monohull). From Holyhead, take the A5 to VALLEY. Turn left on to the A5025 at the traffic lights on the crossroads at VALLEY, (signposted AMLWCH). Cemaes Bay is approximately 10 miles from Valley.
