This is a brand-new, 3 bedroom luxury bungalow on a prestigious estate in the pretty village of Cemaes bay, the most northerly village in Wales.

The house is a 5 minute walk into Cemaes itself, with access to three pubs, the beaches and harbour. The village has Post Office, Butcher, Greengrocer, Newsagents/shop, Craft Centre, and Cafe.

The Anglesey coastal footpath (a 125 mile footpath path which goes around Anglesey) can also be picked up from Cemaes.

* Master Bedroom: Comprising a luxury super king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

* Bedroom 2: Twin beds, can be close set ! White suite.

* Bedroom 3: 2 single beds. ( 3' and 2'6" )

* Bathroom: Comprising a large bath, corner shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

Terms:

* The tariff will be dependent on season, but ranges from £325 to £650 per week. Shorter breaks are available in winter.

* All bed linen is provided.

* Arrivals and change-overs are on Fridays.

* A damage deposit must be left in the form of a cheque for the sum of £150.

* This cheque will be un-cashed and returned to guests at the end of their stay if property is handed back in a satisfactory condition.
