Ty'n Llan, the northern most cottage in Wales, is a former vergers smallholding, built in 1813 to coincide with the restoration of the adjoining church, the old parish church of Cemaes.

It overlooks White Lady Bay and is just metres from the sea, in a designated area of natural beauty, and a 15 minute walk from Cemaes Bay village.

It has 4 double bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one with single beds, the other with a double bed. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one having two single beds and a cot and the other bedroom having 2 single beds, TV and Video and en-suite toilet.

The main shower room and toilet is on the ground floor, together with a large sitting room, complete with open fire and a dining area.
